When we arrive at the place, we walk to where the man who sells them is placed, but this man has two different suppliers, one that is brought from another state of the country and the other one that is from the same state, the two do not have the same flavor, the one brought from far away tastes in a unique and special way, they are very sweet and have an exquisite flavor, on the other hand the others are matured with a chemical product called carbide, which accelerates the process of maturation, and the flavor is different.

My children know them, they always tell me, "mom these are not the originals" when I bring them those, because I don't like to come home without anything, the man knows me, he knows that I always look for the originals as my children say, and when we got to where he was, we asked him for five kilos, By chance he had five and a half kilos of the sweet camburs left, and the gentleman very kindly bagged them in two parts and instead of charging me the five and a half kilos, he only charged me five kilos, and he told me that he left it that way because they were the last ones he had left and also so that they would keep coming back eagerly.

And of course, of course I am going to keep coming, without a doubt because my boys do not stop eating cambur, I told the man who sells them, that I am to blame for his eagerness for this fruit, because when I was pregnant with each one of them, I ate too much cambur, it was my favorite fruit, it was like I longed to eat them and I was able to not eat a meal and feel the rush of eating camburs and well I thought it was a lie that whatever one ate the children also came out the same, and I can say that at home I have three little monkeys and with me there are four of us. 😜

My youngest boy loves to eat cambur with bread, he grabs a piece of bread, opens it, puts a cambur in it as if it were a hot dog, and eats it with so much desire, because he also asks me to order the cambur, he also asks me to bring him some bread, so there is the best filling and enjoy it, I also like to eat it with some food, I learned with some Cuban friends that at lunch instead of a slice of plantain, they put a cambur on the plate to eat it with the food, at first it seemed strange to me but then I tried it, and what a delight it is really super rich, if you do not have a slice you can put a cambur on your plate and it is almost the same I recommend it, it is delicious.

Cuando llegamos al lugar, caminamos hacia donde se coloca el señor que los vende, pero este señor tiene dos proveedores distintos hay uno que se lo traen de otro estado del país y unos que son del mismo estado, los dos no tienen el mismo sabor el que traen de lejos sabe de una manera única y especial, son muy dulces y tienen un sabor exquisito, en cambio los otros son madurado con un producto químico llamado carburo, que acelera el proceso de maduración, y el sabor es distinto.

Mis hijos ya los conocen siempre me dicen, "mamá estos no son los originales" cuando les traigo de esos, porque no me gusta llegar a casa sin nada, el señor ya me conoce él sabe que yo siempre busco los originales como le dicen mis hijos, y al llegar a donde él estaba que le pedimos cinco kilos, casualmente le quedaban cinco kilos y medio de los cambures dulcito, el señor muy amable me los embolsó en dos partes y en lugar de cobrarme los cinco kilos y medio, solo me cobró cinco kilos, y me dijo que me lo dejaba así porque eran los últimos que le quedaban y también para que siguieran viniendo con ganas.

Y claro, por supuesto que sí voy a seguir viniendo, sin duda porque mis muchachos no paran de comer cambur, yo le conté al señor que los vende, que eso mí es culpa de su afán por esta fruta, porque cuando yo estaba embarazada de cada uno de ellos, yo comía demasiado cambures, era mi fruta favorita era como que anhelaba comerlos y era capaz de no comer una comida y sentarme apuro comer cambures y bueno yo pensaba que era mentira que de lo que uno comiera los niños también salían igual, y puedo decir que en casa tengo tres monitos y conmigo somos cuatro. 😜

Mi niño menor le encanta comer cambur con pan, él agarra un pan lo abre, le mete un cambur como si fuera un perro caliente, y se lo come con tantas ganas, pues él además me encargar los cambures también pide le traiga pan, para hay su mejor relleno y disfrutar de ello, a mí me gusta comerlo también con alguna comidas, pues aprendí con unos amigos cubanos ellos en el almuerzo en lugar de tajada de plátano, ponían un cambur en el plato para comérselo con la comida, a mí primero me parecía raro pero después lo probé, y qué delicia es súper rico de verdad, si no tienes tajada puede poner en tu plato un cambur y es casi lo mismo te lo recomiendo es riquísimo.
