The First Concert with My Wife

I've worked hard enough, so I have to enjoy this long weekend with my beloved wife. It's true, dating after marriage is very happy, especially when you have a partner who really understands each other. Here I don't want to show off everything about my wife, but, she is really the best.

Giving me concert tickets 5 months before, she gave me an extraordinary surprise. Getting Sheila on 7 concert tickets, she said these tickets are really hard to get because you have to fight with many people. I think, my wife is very lucky this time. After last year also getting Coldplay concert tickets that not everyone can get, now she gets tickets that I really dream of.

Being someone who really likes the local band, Sheila on 7, this is a time that I will never forget. My wife got 2 tickets, for me and her, then brought 2 other friends, ex-office friends when they were still factory workers. We made an appointment to meet at the concert venue, Soewondo Air Force Base which used to be the international airport of North Sumatra.

Before entering the concert venue, of course we were checked very strictly. Do not bring food, drinks, sharp weapons, cigarettes, narcotics, and very large objects exceeding 30x30cm. After passing to enter the venue, we took pictures and captured the moment in several spots that were deliberately provided by the event organizer for the audience who had bought concert tickets.

After queuing for quite a long time, around 15 minutes, we finally got a slot to take pictures. Because there were not many places like this provided, there was a long queue and it was close to the time when Sheila on 7 would soon appear. We were very lucky to be able to take pictures there and immediately enter the venue.

Seeing that I was no longer young, I avoided crowded places. There were so many people who had been waiting for 3 hours to get the front row seats. We chose to stand at the very back, so we could leave the venue at any time without having to disturb the order.

Tonight there really was not a single star shining. From morning until nightfall, the sky was actually cloudy and it didn't rain. Dark clouds from morning and even the sun didn't appear. Everything endured the cloudy conditions and the cold and strong winds. I was also surprised by the conditions that day. However, until we finished the concert, the rain did not fall. However, after my wife and I arrived home, the rain fell very heavily, even flooding occurred in several areas in the city center.

The concert was very lively, crowded, full of joy and there were so many fireworks that they released in the middle of the concert to make the event enjoyable for everyone. Although there were some mistakes and it was a little uncomfortable, but all was forgiven because the performance of the band Sheila 0n 7 was very good that day.

They sang their hits, very close to the audience, especially their vocalist, Duta and the guitarist Eross. Wow, I can't imagine what it would be like if I didn't come to the concert that night and regretted this happening. I really liked everything on that day, the unforgettable September 14, 2024. Of course, with my beloved wife.
