Churches
Churches are one of the most interesting constructions that can exist, their perfect styles and delicate structural details make them true icons of the city where they are located. In Venezuela we have a deep catholic faith, and therefore in each town always highlights the temple as the central axis, there are very modern buildings, and others that date back hundreds of years, but in general all hide a great sense of reflection and recollection, which gives us the opportunity to enjoy true works of art.

Iglesias
Las iglesias son una de las construcciones más interesantes que puedan existir, sus perfectos estilos y delicados detalles estructurales las convierten en verdaderos iconos de la ciudad en donde se encuentren. En Venezuela contamos con una profunda fe católica, y por lo tanto en cada poblado siempre resalta el templo como eje central, existen construcciones muy modernas, y otras que datan de hace cientos de años, pero en general todas esconden un gran sentir de reflexión y recogimiento, el cual nos brinda la oportunidad de disfrutar de verdaderas obras de arte.
In this first series of images dedicated to Catholic churches, I bring you a very varied sample, where the modern style is mixed with the classic, baroque or neo-gothic, is an architectural conjunction that demonstrates the structural wealth that our country has, also in these walls, domes and stained glass windows hides a tangible trace of Venezuelan history, as in many of these places of worship were carried out major events that marked our future as a nation.
En esta primera serie de imágenes dedicada a las iglesias católicas, les traigo una muestra muy variada, en donde el estilo moderno, se mezcla con el clásico, el barroco o el neogótico, es un conjunción arquitectónica que demuestra la riqueza estructural con la que cuenta nuestro país, además en esas paredes, cupulas y vitrales se esconde una huella tangible de la historia venezolana, ya que en mucho de esos lugares de culto se llevaron a cabo grandes eventos que marcaron nuestro futuro como nación.
Large churches, smaller ones, some in the middle of nature and others surrounded by the city, these buildings are found everywhere, but their exquisite forms always give them away and it is at that moment when my camera points to their facades, generating images that remain for the memory, sometimes these captures are made in the middle of a trip, while at other times I stop halfway when I go to work or do an errand, the truth is that regardless of the cause or circumstances these are moments that I enjoy the most and are actions that I love to perform.
Iglesias grandes, otras más pequeñas, unas en medio de la naturaleza y las demás rodeadas por la ciudad, estas edificaciones se encuentran en todos lados, pero sus exquisitas formas siempre las delatan y es en ese momento cuando mi cámara apunta hacia sus fachadas, generando imágenes que quedan para el recuerdo, a veces esas capturas se realizan en medio de un viaje, mientras que en otras ocasiones me detengo a mitad de camino cuando voy al trabajo o hago una diligencia, lo cierto es que sin importar la cusa o las circunstancias estos son momentos que disfruto al máximo y son acciones que amo realizar.
From the south to the east, from the capital to the Andes, in this simple but complete sample I give you a little piece of every corner of my country, a black and white image of many churches that sometimes we leave behind in our walk, but that have an incalculable beauty, Some are famous, others unknown, but in general they are united by the same faith, the same purpose and a parish that seeks to move to the sound of love, understanding and optimism that means knowing that beyond earthly life an infinite future awaits them in the greatness of paradise.
Desde el sur hasta oriente, desde la capital hasta los andes, en esta muestra sencilla pero completa les regalo un pedacito de cada rincón de mi país, una imagen en blanco y negro de muchas iglesias que a veces dejamos atrás en nuestro andar, pero que cuentan con una belleza incalculable, algunas son famosas, otras desconocidas, pero en general las une una misma fe, un mismo propósito y una feligresía que busca moverse al son del amor, la comprensión y el optimismo que significa saber que más allá de la vida terrenal les espera un futuro infinito en la grandeza del paraíso.
