When we talk about shadows, it is impossible not to mention those that are the result of human creation, since they constitute images that are often peculiarly intense, either because of their lines or because of a peculiar perfection, which always seeks to dominate its surroundings, bursting decisively into each scene, changing it forever and leaving an almost indelible mark.

Cuando hablamos de sombras, es imposible no mencionar aquellas que son el resultado de la creación humana, puesto que se constituyen en imágenes que suelen ser peculiarmente intensas, bien sea por sus trazos o por una peculiar perfección, que siempre busca dominar a su entorno, irrumpiendo de manera decisiva en cada escena, cambiándola para siempre y dejando una huella prácticamente imborrable.

We could say that concrete is one of the fundamental materials for human development; with it, dreams have been molded, ideas have been built, and entire nations have been forged. Mastering it completely is an art that has been learned over many generations, but today it can proudly be boasted as an element of pride and functionality.

Podríamos decir que el concreto es uno de los materiales fundamentales para el desarrollo humano; con él se han moldeado sueños, se han construido ideas y se han forjado naciones completas. Dominarlo por completo es un arte que se fue aprendiendo a través de muchas generaciones, pero que hoy orgullosamente se puede presumir como un elemento de orgullo y funcionalidad.

Concrete undoubtedly completely changes natural environments, but despite its coldness and hardness, it is not an opponent that can be defeated by the passage of time, since nature will always find a way to reclaim its spaces, make itself present, and claim what belongs to it.

El concreto, sin duda alguna, cambia por completo a los entornos naturales, pero a pesar de su frialdad y dureza, no es un oponente que sea capaz de doblegarse al paso del tiempo, puesto que la naturaleza siempre buscará la manera de retomar sus espacios, hacerse presente y reclamar lo que le corresponde.

This is how, with the subtlety of shadows, we can observe that the sun, in its grandeur, is capable of fiercely touching any construction built by human hands. Only a dark stain remains, which could be defined as the mark of resilience and strength, kept alive through maintenance and perseverance, but if oblivion were to set in, then it would be consumed by the voracity of an indomitable nature.

Es de esta manera como, con la sutileza de las sombras, podemos observar que el sol en su grandeza es capaz de tocar con fiereza cualquier construcción elevada por la mano del hombre. Solo queda una mancha oscura, que podría definirse como la marca de la resiliencia y la fortaleza, la cual se mantiene viva a través del mantenimiento y la constancia, pero si el olvido llegara a hacerse presente, entonces esa se iría consumiendo por la voracidad de una naturaleza que es indomable.
