Window Reflections

On many occasions, the dark glass of a window becomes the ideal frame that allows us to enjoy beautiful and perfect reflections, which stand out for their high degree of sharpness, excellent color replication and high level of perfection. But in spite of being such an interesting and profound image, they often go unnoticed, since reflections have become such common images that our mind seems to forget how extraordinary they are.

Reflejos en la Ventana

En muchas ocasiones, los cristales oscuros de una ventana, se convierten en el marco ideal que nos permite disfrutar de hermosos y perfectos reflejos, los cuales se destacan por su alto grado de nitidez, excelente réplica de colores y alto nivel de perfección. Pero a pesar de tratarse de una imagen tan interesante y profunda, en muchas ocasiones suelen pasar desapercibidos, puesto que los reflejos se han convertido en imágenes tan comunes que nuestra mente parece olvidar lo extraordinario que son.

A well painted window, with an attractive design and adequate cleaning, can become the ideal canvas on which to reflect the reality of a certain moment. It is in this way that I came across the scene that I present to you today, where the windows of an office of the National Art Gallery, is nothing more than another artistic piece that adorns this important institution, since on those crystals we can appreciate to perfection, the contrasts and urban life of an environment dominated by architecture and small natural details.

Una ventana bien pintada, con un diseño atractivo y una limpieza adecuada, se puede configurar en el lienzo ideal sobre el cual se refleje la realidad de determinado momento. Es de esta forma como me encontré con la escena que les presento el día de hoy, en donde las ventanas de una oficina de la Galería de Arte Nacional, no es más que otra pieza artística que engalana a esta importante institución, ya que sobre esos cristales podemos apreciar a la perfección, los contrastes y la vida urbana de un entorno dominado por la arquitectura y los pequeños detalles naturales.
