The Cake, the king of parties. / El Pastel, el rey de las fiestas.

If you've seen the photo, you already know what the post is about, but this time it's an entry in a contest run by our friend @friendlymoose, whose theme this week is SWEETNESS.

The cake is the king of parties, so it has to be well decorated, attract the attention of guests, and always be placed in the middle of the table surrounded by other sweets that complement the decoration.

I'm so happy when I have a birthday, or when someone in my family or a friend has a birthday. It's a very special day because we see displays of love and affection from everyone. In this case, the birthday girl was my daughter-in-law, and the cake was beautiful, both inside and out. The letters were perfectly written and in a flowing style, which is very difficult to do with a piping bag, but it was a transparent paper that we had to remove to cut the cake.

The height of the cake was also impressive, we couldn't figure out how to cut it to divide it.

For this effect, which I really liked, where only the cake is visible, I applied the "remove background" mode, and of course, the way I took the photo also influenced how all the letters were visible. The photo was taken from above and slightly tilted so the entire cake and all the letters were visible. It even looks smaller than it actually is.

Si ya vieron la foto ya saben de qué se trata la publicación, pero esta vez es una participación del concurso que hace el amigo @friendlymoose que esta semana el tema es SWEETNESS.

El pastel es el rey de las fiestas, por eso tiene que estar bien decorado, llamar la atención de los invitados y siempre se pone en el medio de la mesa rodeado de otros dulces que complementan la decoración.

Yo me alegro mucho cuando cumplo años o cuando alguien de mi entorno familiar o algún amigo cumple años. Es un día muy especial porque vemos demostraciones de amor y cariño de todos. En este caso la cumpleañera fue mi Nuera y el pastel estaba hermoso, tanto por fuera como por dentro. Las letras perfectamente escritas y en el estilo corrido que es muy difícil de hacer con una manga de decoración, pero era un papel transparente que tuvimos que quitar para picar el pastel.

La altura de la torta también era impresionante, no encontrábamos como picarla para repartirlo.

Para este efecto, que me gustó mucho, donde solo se ve el pastel le apliqué el modo ¨quitar fondo de la foto¨ y por supuesto la forma de tomar la foto también influyó para que todas las letras se vieran. Se tomó la foto desde arriba y un poco inclinado de forma que se viera todo el pastel y todas las letras. Hasta se ve más pequeña de lo que es en verdad.
