Yo también soy Optimista.Iniciativa #6/ I am also an optimist . Initiative #6

Hola amigos de esta interesante comunidad #holos&Lotus siempre con iniciativas que nos edifica y nos hacen reflexionar en casos de nuestro diario vivir, analizando el tema y autoevaluandome a ver si soy optimista, creo que sí.

Hello friends of this interesting community #holos&Lotus always with initiatives that edify us and make us reflect on cases of our daily life, analyzing the subject and self-evaluating to see if I am optimistic, I think so.

Ser optimista es vivir la vida, con alegría, con la mejor actitud antes los retos que nos toca vivir a diario, yo creo que el ser optimista está muy relacionado con la espiritualidad( relación con Dios) y una buena salud mental, no es fácil ser optimista sin tener metas claras, de lo que quieres en la vida, a pesar de que las cosas no salen como queremos , la idea no es desanimarnos es afrontar nuestra realidad con madurez. Ejemplo yo solo de vivir en Venezuela dónde la economía es un caos total, creo que soy muy optimista, positiva y una fe grande que todos los días me paro con una sonrisa para vivir mi día con mis hijos.

To be optimistic is to live life with joy, with the best attitude before the challenges that we have to live daily, I believe that being optimistic is closely related to spirituality (relationship with God) and good mental health, it is not easy to be optimistic without having clear goals, of what you want in life, even though things do not go as we want, the idea is not to be discouraged but to face our reality with maturity. For example, just living in Venezuela where the economy is in total chaos, I believe that I am very optimistic, positive and have a great faith that every day I stand up with a smile to live my day with my children.

Cómo les decía, que el ser optimista es algo que va muy ligado a la fe en Dios, mi relación con Dios y el Espíritu Santo por medio de la oración me ha fortalecido para tener pensamientos de bien y siempre confiar en la voluntad buena agradable y perfecta que tiene Dios con sus hijos.

Siempre digo un texto bíblico que dice que lo piensas eso te sobre vendrá, y los hijos de Dios no temeran de malas noticias, está es mi estrategia declarar la palabra de Dios, así venció nuestro Señor Jesucristo al enemigo con la palabra, Ejemplo: escrito está no solo de pan vivirá el hombre, sino de toda palabra que sale de la boca de Dios.

My relationship with God and the Holy Spirit through prayer has strengthened me to have good thoughts and always trust in the good, pleasant and perfect will that God has with his children.

I always say a biblical text that says that what you think that will come upon you, and the children of God will not fear bad news, this is my strategy to declare the word of God, so our Lord Jesus Christ defeated the enemy with the word, Example: it is written: man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

Algo muy importante para mantener el optimismo es rodearse de personas con la misma fe, la misma vibra positiva, gente que sume, y echar a un lado las personas negativas, quejosa y cizañosas, eso es tóxico para nuestra vida, tener cerca personas envidiosos y negativos pueden trunchar algún proyecto, plan, es mejor estas personas bien lejos.

Something very important to maintain optimism is to surround yourself with people with the same faith, the same positive vibe, people who add, and cast aside the negative people, complaining and jealous, that is toxic to our life, having close envious and negative people can trunchar some project, plan, it is better these people far away.

Yo les recomiendo a esas personas que le cuesta desarrollar algo personal, laboral o sentimental; es reprogramar el cerebro con palabra buena, bloquear de la mente la queja, siempre buscar el lado positivo de las cosas, cerrar ciclos, lo que empiezan se debe terminar, tengo la fiel creencia que si dejamos algo inconcluso, eso se va repitiendo en todas las áreas de nuestra vida, y detiene el desarrollo integral.

Declarar para de vida, es decir de bendición, no de muerte , no solo el maldecir (con la palabra como tal) maldecimos también con decir tu no vas a poder, nunca lo voy a tener, debemos ser sabios al hablar, porque tenemos el poder de la vida y de la muerte en nuestra boca, esto me ha servido de mucho creo que todo lo que he dicho es un 50/50 la fe en Dios y la manera de hablar(palabra de vida).

I recommend to those people who find it difficult to develop something personal, work or emotional; is to reprogram the brain with good words, block the mind the complaint, always look for the positive side of things, close cycles, what they begin must end, I have the belief that if we leave something unfinished, that is repeated in all areas of our life, and stops the overall development.

To declare for life, that is to say of blessing, not of death, not only to curse (with the word as such) we curse also with saying you are not going to be able to, I will never have it, we must be wise when speaking, because we have the power of life and death in our mouth, this has served me a lot I believe that everything I have said is a 50/50 faith in God and the way of speaking (word of life).
