Continuing the topic of the most popular models (not because of their quality, but simply due to a lack of competition), here are a few more examples of these vehicles

EN57AL-1061
This unit, manufactured in 1975, underwent modernization in 2017. I took this photo on October 4, 2014, at the Ostrów Wielkopolski station. Camera: Nikon D7100

EN57AL-1648
Manufactured in 1986. In 2014, it was upgraded to the AL standard and has been operating under the colors of Koleje Mazowieckie ever since. Photo taken on August 27, 2015; the train is traveling from Siedlce to Łuków. The camera used was a Nikon D7100.

EN57AL-1803
One of the newer units, dating from 1990. Upgraded to the AL standard in 2014. The photo from September 8, 2027, shows the vehicle in the colors of the Tri-City Rapid Transit System.

EN71-048
Another vehicle in the colors of the Tri-City transit operator. This time, it’s an EN71. It is a four-car, standard-gauge electric multiple unit, based on the EN57 design with one additional motor car. Twenty units of this series were manufactured for PKP by Pafawag Wrocław in 1976, and another 31 were assembled by combining individual cars from EN57 units at locomotive depots.
This vehicle was assembled at SKM Trójmiasto by combining two EN57-771 cars and two from the 1108 series.
Currently, one of the units is on display in a museum; the others have been scrapped

EN71KM-101
In 1965–1966 and 1974–1975, 26 sets were manufactured for export to Yugoslavia. Twelve units were produced in 1965–1966 and 14 in 1974–1975. As far as I know, some of these units are in service or were in service on the Slovenian railways, some on the Croatian railways, and 10 were sold to Italy.
Six units were purchased from the Croatian railways by a Polish company specializing in the repair of rail vehicles, and were subsequently modernized and resold to Koleje Mazowieckie.
The photo shows a vehicle in the livery of Koleje Mazowieckie, a local government-run transit operator serving the Mazovia Province and its immediate surroundings.I took this photo on January 8, 2018, at the Katowice train station, which is outside the service area of Koleje Mazowieckie. The reason is simple: the train was leased to Koleje Śląskie and was operating without a change in its paint scheme.
