A very nice detail of Andromeda. Is this older photo also stacked?

yes they are both stacked images, the latest was using 30second stacks and the older one if i remember correctly was 180 seconds maybe 100. i think a lot of it comes down to editing techniques. Siril is my goto option, aswell as free it is super powerful.

So I understand that you are using some tracker? What is the focal length to get such a close-up?

i use a skywatcher eq6-r pro and andromeda latest was 384mm using a starwave 80 edt using a 0.8x reducer

I understand. So I see that with my equipment there is nothing to try :) unless out of curiosity for fun :) do you photograph somę more deep space objects?
