Hello everyone! It's another beautiful Friday #Market Friday. Wow! It's been long i went to market, Itam Market is one of the most popular market in the city of Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State in Nigeria, it's has a day in wee k every thousands of people will come to sale and that was Wednesday but it couldn't make it to the market that day because of my busy schedule, I decided to visit the market today probably get some food stuff for the weekend.

I don't know whether i should say unfortunately or, because the price of things in the market shocked my life. There's high rate of inflation in Nigeria coupled with the daily increase in the price of dollars over naira currently at $1= #1,300 which makes the price of things in Nigeria at high cost resulting in hunger and starvation.

I looked at my market list and I laughed because nothing was wrong i mean the price of things was triple of what i wrote. I was left with nothing than to buy few things. People started observing how i moved from one point to another pricing thing, there's this woman that called me and said, "my son, things are not like before, all you have to do is buy with what money can afford" Immediately, i thought of thousands of people in that kind of economy.

Nevertheless, I started buying things first in my list was meat because I like meat in my soup, i bought crayfish and fish, stock fish and vegetables

It was a wonderful day going through the market after four Months of eating from restaurant. I enjoy the market facilities, it looks clean and nice despite being the market no wonder the state called the most cleaning state in Nigeria.
