Happy Hive anniversary, man. Six years is a long time to be here. Although when I checked on the Hivebuzz website there are thousands of people with this badge, many of them are not active at all. I'm sure there are less than 1000 people active. I hope your 7th year will be a great one and so will 2024!

Yes, in early 2018 and the end of 2017, a lot of accounts were created, but I think that most are still not active. There were also a lot of bot accounts back in the day, I think that more than now. You could create an account through steemit, just with an email, and they had lots of resources to do that, thanks to the pre mine.
