Hello, my friends, how are you? I hope you are having a good day. My days in the Hive are usually good for me. I just need a little more effort to complete the adventure. Lately, with Power Up, games, shows, there is something else to share every day, but here I am now and I will share with you a meal I ate out and I liked it very much.

Do you remember this burger? More than 1 year ago, I told you about a mall I went to in Hive and this hamburger. I couldn't explain it in detail then, but when I saw that there was such a topic in the adventure, I thought we should drop by an old friend.

I'm not a person who eats out all the time now, but it's been probably 6 years since I first went here and it's one of the few places that hasn't lost its quality since then. Usually after a year or two, the places I go to use lower quality products with the excuse of price instability etc. and lose their customers. Even though I don't eat out often now, I used to go here a lot. I even made friends with the manager and he gave me unlimited French fries.

Speaking of unlimited fries, the place has unlimited drinks. What I mean by unlimited drinks is that there is a vending machine and you can get any drink you want. You've already seen the hamburger, this is a small size hamburger and even this is filling. They give you the fries in a bucket. It's not huge, but if you eat 2 buckets of fries, you can fill up without eating a hamburger. One of my favorite things is the unlimited sauce. In addition to the classic sauces like mayonnaise and ketchup, they have their own sauces like roasted pepper sauce, tartar sauce, samurai sauce, special sauce and they are all delicious. My favorite is roasted pepper. As someone who grew up in the village and roasted a lot of peppers, I can taste it, what more could I want?

I went there in the evening and placed my order. It was overcrowded because it was the day before New Year's Eve. It had been a year since I was last there, so there was no one I knew. Nevertheless, my order was prepared very quickly in about 15 minutes. While my order was being prepared, I asked one of the staff there if I could take some photos in the kitchen. They asked why and I told them I was a blogger. It's not a lie, I am a blogger at Hive. They gave me a galosh and I managed to take some photos of my burger being prepared.

I apologize if I made you hungry, it looks really excellent. Looking at the photos made me crave it again. Of course I can't ask the staff to stop while I'm taking pictures. That's why you can see hands in the photos :P

The fries are always fresh and just the right consistency. Not greasy, not dry, that's why I love eating fries there. The bread is always fresh too, once the bread was stale and I asked them to change it and they kindly agreed and did it. This is something that every restaurant should do, but we know that many of them make excuses and don't do it. So it seems like those who do it seem to be great haha.

And here is my order ready! I ate this dish in like 10 minutes because I was so hungry. Let me give you a little advice. I take the bun from the top of the hamburger and put sauce on it and my hamburger tastes better. You can try this too. Selam dostlarım, nasılsınız? Umarım iyi bir gün geçiriyorsunuzdur. Hive'da geçirdiğim günler genelde benim için güzel geçiyor. Serüveni tamamlamak için biraz daha çabalamam gerekiyor. Son günlerde Power Up, oyun, şov derken her gün paylaşacak başka şeyler oluyor ama işte şimdi buradayım ve sizlerle dışarıda yediğim ve çok beğendiğim bir yemeği paylaşacağım.

Bu hamburgeri hatırladınız mı? 1 yıldan daha uzun bir süre önce Hive'da gittiğim bir alışveriş merkezinden ve bu hamburgerden bahsetmiştim. O zaman pek detaylı anlatamadım ama serüvende böyle bir konu olduğunu görünce eski dosta bir uğrayalım dedim.

Şu anda sürekli olarak dışarıda yemek yiyen bir insan değilim ama buraya ilk gidişimin üzerinden muhtemelen 6 yıl geçti ve o günden bugüne kalitesini bozmayan nadir yerlerden bir tanesi. Genelde gittiğim yerler bir iki yıl sonra, fiyat dengesizliği vs bahane edip daha düşük kalite ürünler kullanıyorlar ve müşterilerini kaybediyorlar. Şu anda dışarıda sık yemesem de eskiden buraya çok sık giderdim. Hatta oranın müdürüyle arkadaş olmuştum ve bana sınırsız patates kızartması yeme hakkı vermişti.

Sınırsız patates kızartması demişken, mekanda sınırsız içecek var. Sınırsız içecekten kastım, bir otomat var ve istediğiniz içeceği alabiliyorsunuz. Hamburgeri zaten gördünüz, bu küçük boy bir hamburger ve bu bile doyurucu. Patatesi de kovada veriyorlar. Devasa değil ama 2 kova patates kızartması yeseniz hamburger yemeden de karnınız doyabilir. En sevdiğim şeylerden biri de sınırsız sos. Mayonez ve ketçap gibi klasik sosların yanında kendi yaptıkları, köz biber sosu, tartar sosu, samurai sosu, özel sos gibi sosları var ve hepsi çok lezzetli. Benim favorim köz biber. Köyde yetişmiş ve çok fazla biber közlemiş biri olarak o tadı alabiliyorum, daha ne isterim?

Akşam vakti oraya gittim ve siparişimi verdim. Yılbaşından bir gün önce olduğu için aşırı kalabalıktı. Oraya son gidişimin üstünden bir yıl falan geçtiği için tanıdığım hiç kimse kalmamış. Yine de oldukça hızlı bir şekilde yaklaşık 15 dakikada siparişim hazırlandı. Siparişim hazırlanana kadar oradaki çalışanlardan biriyle görüşüp mutfakta bir iki fotoğraf çekip çekemeyeceğimi sordum. Nedenini sordular ve ben de bir blogger olduğumu söyledim. Yalan sayılmaz, Hive'da bir blogger sayılırım. Bana bir galoş verdiler ve hamburgerimin hazırlanışına dair fotoğraflar çekmeyi başardım.

Sizi acıktırdıysam özür dilerim, gerçekten mükemmel görünüyor. Fotoğraflara baktıkça tekrar canım çekti. Tabi ki çalışanlardan ben fotoğraf çekerken durmalarını isteyemem. Bu yüzden fotoğraflarda eller görebilirsiniz :P

Patates kızartmaları her zaman taze oluyor ve tam kıvamında. Yağlı değil, kuru değil, bu yüzden orada patates kızartması yemeyi çok seviyorum. Ekmekleri de her zaman taze, bir keresinde ekmekleri bayattı ve bunu değiştirmelerini talep ettim ve kibarca bunu kabul edip yapmışlardı. Bu her restoranın yapması gereken bir şey ama biliyoruz ki birçoğu bahaneler üretip yapmıyor. Bu yüzden yapanlar harikaymış gibi görünüyor haha.

Ve işte siparişim hazır! Bu yemeği 10 dakika gibi bir sürede yedim çünkü çok acıkmıştım. Size küçük bir tavsiye vermeme izin verin. Ben hamburgerin üst kısmındaki ekmeği alıp ona da sos sürüyorum ve hamburgerim daha lezzetli oluyor. Siz de bunu deneyebilirsiniz.
