Still fixing my schedule
Hi, guys!
I'm still in the process of reorganizing my schedule, and it's not a quick process, but I think I'm starting to get somewhere. I've now split my blogging and writing into separate days, and I want to see how that goes. I can't yet add sports and other necessary activities to the schedule because it's still too cold for some of them, and I simply can't schedule them, but as soon as it gets warmer, I'll definitely add them. So, little by little, I'm hoping to develop a workflow that allows me to be at my most productive.
Naturally, this includes maintaining a sleep and nutrition routine, so I'm actively working on that, too. For now, I've settled on eating healthy meals twice a day, going to bed around 11 PM, and waking up around 8 AM, but in reality, it's even earlier. I think I'll end up waking up around 6 AM, and that's generally fine with me. Then I'll need to add exercise to my schedule, but not the way I usually do it—twenty workouts a week, literally a few—so it's just comfortable and I actually go to them, not suffer and always skip them.
And then there's dog walks, which is another pain in the ass. We're not walking at all right now, and it's just awful. It's too cold to go outside, and the forecast says it'll get even colder. So for now, we're not walking; we're staying home and waiting for warmer weather.
I hope I'll be able to devote more time to writing in February, because I've been dragging my feet for too long already, and I need to finally get going. So get going, get going, otherwise I definitely won't achieve the goals I set for myself this year.
Have a great day, everyone!
