Hi, guys!

Now I am working very hard on my fitness and weight loss, and so far everything is going well. My weight has started to go down slowly, and I try to maintain this trend every day. I hope I will be able to achieve success as quickly as possible, I am ready to completely revise my diet and lifestyle for this. Now I am trying not only to cut calories, but also to add as much protein as possible to my diet, reducing fats and carbohydrates, so that the diet is even more effective. So far everything is working, although of course I would like the process to go even faster.

Today we will stop at the store again and I will buy protein products so that I can eat them throughout the next week. I combine this diet with regular training, and now my muscles are constantly sore, I want to wait until the constant pain goes away and then add a few more hours of training per week. When I reach my maximum, I will stop there and then I will simply maintain the amount that I have.

I need to add dog walks on the days when I don't have training, so that movement is a must every day, but I'm not completely ready for it yet, but I hope to try next week. The girls will also be happy if we start walking again. So I hope that this will also become our routine again. If not, then I hope to work out at home on an orbitrek, this can also replace walking.

In this way, I hope to get results as soon as possible. Of course, I would like to cope for several months, but since I have a lot of excess weight, I'm afraid that it will not work out that quickly. So for now I would like to at least lose the bulk of the mass before my trainer and I record the choreography.
