Seems like I won this time
Hi, guys!
It seems I got back into the swing of things much faster than I expected this time. When they changed my clocks, I was worried it would take me a few months to adjust to the new schedule, but it seems to have gone quite smoothly, and I quickly got used to my slightly shifted bedtime. I actually laughed out loud, because I initially suspected it would take me months to get used to the time shift again. It took me about four months to change my original schedule, and it was a very difficult process. But everything went quite smoothly, and in just a few days, I was back to where I was before the clock change.
Now I'll finish my coffee, grab the dogs, and go try out some walking poles, which I haven't tried since I bought them. I hope they work out for me and I don't look completely stupid. Although, really, what difference does it make how I exercise? I have a right to it. So now the girls and I are going for a really active walk. I've set myself the goal of not only eating a maximum of 1,500 calories a day, but also burning at least 1,000 active calories a day this month. We'll evaluate the results at the end of the month. I think they should definitely be good.
I want to start going to the gym little by little, maybe not this week, but maybe next week. So I'll keep you updated on my progress. For now, it'll just be yoga, but it's a good start.
So, basically, everything is going as planned; the main thing is that I stay on track.
Have a great day, everyone!
