One last day for preparations
Hi, guys!
I've decided to give myself one more day to prepare to get back into an active routine. Things are really tough right now; I can't seem to pull myself together and start studying and working normally. I'm simply lacking the energy and the mood; I don't know what to do. I'm trying to at least maintain a proper daily routine, going to bed and waking up on time. Maybe I can get that sort of thing sorted out, but my hopes are slim.
So far, I've been struggling on all fronts. I can't seem to film videos for the blog on time, I can't write at all, my studies are also lagging behind, and I'd better not even mention hobbies and sports because things are incredibly bleak there. I can't even think about them. But I'm trying to somehow start activating these areas, at least a little. Step by step, little by little.
I've decided to get back into aerial gymnastics, and I've now added stretching to my daily routine. For now, it's just a few minutes at a time, and I'm increasing it every day. Still using the penguin app. So far, this has been my lifesaver. I feel like this app will literally pull me out of this rut. I hope that's exactly what happens. I feel great when it covers all my options. So I think this should help.
Today, I'll be trying to fine-tune everything using the app again. So far, it's been really helpful, and I think it will continue to be so. So, I need to listen to my penguin; it really does work.
It's hard to decide to start making videos with life content, especially since I'm not very good at it, but I have to start somewhere. So I'll give it a try, and I hope it works out. One vlog a week shouldn't be too difficult, so I'll give it a try this week.
