Now we are still trying to wake up earlier, and accordingly go to bed earlier. But if I can somehow get up at five, then it is very difficult for me to persuade my body to go to sleep earlier, and this has not worked yet. Today I will try again, but so far the success is minimal. I go to bed early, but still can not fall asleep before midnight. So tonight I will probably take more pills.
This schedule needs to take root, because otherwise we will not be able to go for walks, it is too hot to walk during the day. So five in the morning is our only opportunity to go for a walk during the day. And today we left at six thirty, and it was already too hot, so you need to get up and go out right away, without even drinking coffee, as I did today.
So far, after I get up at such an hour, I have no energy for anything at all. Right now I'm planning on doing some work on the blogs and after that I'll probably just go back to sleep because it doesn't look like I'll be able to do anything. Until I can sleep normally at night I won't have the energy in the morning so that's the first thing I need to solve. But it doesn't look like I'm getting anywhere near that yet.
I have no idea how people can do anything this early in the morning. All my body wants to do is lie back down and never move again. But I hope that will pass with time.
Now I need to get used to this new schedule and then I can talk about how to use it.
