New challenges

It's time for me to get back to work today, as there are only two days left until the book festival, and I need to start reading reviews of the books I'll be participating in. But first, I still have to film some commercials, as I've already accumulated some unfinished business, and deadlines are looming. So, I'll have a very busy week ahead of me, and I'll have to push myself to the limit to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Today, I need to write to the publisher and ask where my presentation fee is. I don't like asking questions like that, but it's been three days, and I'd like to receive my payment. So, it looks like I'll have to write to them myself. It's not surprising that they might have forgotten about me before the festival, but I'd still like to get paid for my work.

Besides, I have a ton of other work, and it's frustrating that toy commercial shoots are now being split into several days, because they're constantly writing disjointed briefs for them. But I hope they'll fix this soon and everything will be back to normal. In the meantime, I'm waiting for them to learn how to organize all the information again.

So, overall, there's a lot and a little work at the same time. Today, I still have to film a video about the publisher's press pack, and I'll probably have to start there. I don't really want to film anything today, but I'm simply out of options.

So now I'll finish my morning coffee, wait for my phone to fully charge, and then I need to get to work—no one else can do it for me. And I hope everything goes smoothly.
