New challenge in sport
Hi, guys!
I decided, quite spontaneously, to do a month-long challenge: burning 1,000 active calories a day. It's now day three, and I need to burn off my 1,000 before I have time to get a manicure, which I spontaneously booked yesterday because two of my nails fell off. So, I need to rush to finish all my posts and fly now, because there's very little time left for a walk, and there's a good chance I won't have time, and I still have to make breakfast.
I don't know if I'll be able to stick it out for a whole month without breaking down, but I think if I do, it will have a really positive impact on my appearance. I'm performing at a festival at the end of the month, so looking good would be really helpful. So I'll try not to miss any walks and give it my all every day.
For now, this is quite disruptive to filming because I simply don't have the energy left, but I hope I'll adapt quickly. I'm sleeping quite a lot, and I've started sleeping deeper and better, which is also very good.
The dogs are still in shock from all the walks, but I think they'll get used to it soon. I still need to take the older one for her vaccinations.
Those are our plans for the next few days, and I hope everything works out. So far, everything is going well, but I really need to focus more on the blog, because it's starting to slow down.
Have a great day, everyone!
