I have completely stopped sleeping, and this is a big problem, because now in the mornings it is catastrophically difficult for me to wake up, I lie down for a very long time and because of this I have less time for productive work. I need to do something about this urgently, but usually such problems are not solved quickly for me, but I need to solve them, because this will greatly slow down my work process.

I have never had periods of long-term withdrawal from neuroleptics before, this is the first time, but I still had to go back to them, because otherwise I do not sleep at night at all. Probably today I will have to work at night to compensate for the time that I had to work during the day. It turns out to be a vicious circle. I need to figure out a way to restore a normal schedule and as soon as possible.

Today I have a meeting with my psychotherapist, and this is another minus hour from work. This creates a constant feeling of lack of time for work and this really stresses me out. But it's okay, I'll work three times more tomorrow, maybe today is just my day. The main thing is to always have ideas on how to continue writing, and then I'll figure out where to find time to continue.

So even if there is no continuation today, it's okay, tomorrow I'll be able to expand the text anyway. And do the same thing again the day after tomorrow. I hope everything works out.
