Living on with a plan

Hi, guys!

I continue to try to move according to my plan, in which I try to maintain balance in all areas of my life, and it seems that I am more or less succeeding. Yesterday I noticed that I do not gain enough protein per day and today I decided to fix it, I need to gain at least one gram per kilogram of body weight, so from today I will eat more protein foods. The weight has already started to go away, but very slowly so far, and naturally this irritates me a lot, I would like it to happen faster.

I recently bought a new backpack to take with me to training and now I can do it on foot, this will give me at least three additional cardio workouts a week, which is also very good, but I need more. Therefore, I plan to add long walks with dogs. But this will start next week or later. I need to lose weight before the moment when my trainer and I will record our choreography, I think I have from a month and a half to two.

So far, the text is going very badly, but I hope for a significant result from the consultation with my curator next Wednesday, that she will tell me something good and I will have the opportunity to significantly correct the text before submitting it to the publisher. I really hope that she will give me a lot of good advice and then I will be able to work well with the text, correcting it.

All this needs to be done in a complex, so that all spheres of life work at the same time, and I believe that little by little I will learn to do so that nothing sags and everything works at the same time. Of course, it will not be right away, but in the end I will succeed. The main thing is not to stop and not to give up.
