Continuation of creating myself

I continue to try to build myself from scratch, and yesterday I was training again. So far I am doing quite well, I do a little bit of everything, and this is very different from the approach I had before. Before I tried to do everything 100%, and this approach did not work, because each action drained me so much, and I did not have enough energy for others, but now I try to distribute my energy across all the actions that I need to do, and this is a completely different approach. Now I try to make everything even and not let any area sag, and thus everything is harmonious. I am not used to living like this, and so far I am just learning to work with this approach.
I think eventually I will start to succeed, but for now it is difficult, because I do not yet know how exactly to live in this mode. I used to give myself completely, forgetting about rest and my other needs, and now I do not know how to compensate for this, so I have to learn. But I think I should be able to adjust everything eventually, and then everything will be harmonious.
Yesterday I bought a new huge backpack so that I can now walk to workouts, so I will add at least three cardio workouts a week to the strength workouts that I already have, and this should also have a good effect on my weight. This time I firmly decided not to stop until I finally manage to reach the desired number on the scale. Now it has already started to go down, but very slowly so far. I know that it won't be fast, but I would like to see steady progress.
This is how my days are going now. I hope I can continue to maintain this regime.
