Changing my regime

Hi, guys!

The girls and I are currently working on changing our daily routine a bit. We need to learn to wake up at five in the morning so we can go for walks in the morning before it gets unbearably hot outside. A couple of days ago we tried to go for a walk during the day, and it was just awful. It's hard for me and the dogs, and we won't do that anymore. Instead, I want to get up really early so that we can go for a walk in the morning, then come home, sleep a little more, and then start working. I think that kind of routine would suit us best.

For now, these walks will be my main exercise, so they are definitely necessary. Today we managed to wake up at five, and now after I finish writing the posts, we are going for a walk. We won't go far yet, because I am terribly sleep-deprived and have no energy, but I think in a few days we will get used to it and start walking longer distances.

I think in a few days I'll get used to it and we'll be able to start working after these walks. And then after a nap we'll do housework and other things. That's our plan, just split each day into two days.

Today I won't include any work in the day, just after we nap I'll do some blogging and rearranging my library.
