Back to my schedule

Hi, guys!

Today marks the start of my return to my routine after a break of about five days. I no longer expect myself to do it in a day; I'm setting myself more realistic deadlines, and I plan to have it done by the end of the month. So now that my husband is going on vacation for the next three days, I'll be gradually reintroducing a few tasks from my daily list to get my life back on track.

I used to try to do everything at once, but I don't make that mistake anymore. I no longer overload myself to the point where my nervous system freezes in terror. I've learned to treat myself gently and observe the state of my body and mind. Am I overstressed, and what can I do to help my body and nervous system relax a little and stop being in a state of panic?

Naturally, this is still a new skill, and the slightest deviation from the plan could ruin everything, so for now I need to handle what I've achieved very carefully and constantly pay attention to changes. Luckily, I now have an app that really helps me with this. My penguin has literally changed my life. And this has happened in just a few months. I plan to soon publish a whole series of posts on this topic across various platforms. It's definitely worth it.

So, I'm learning to live differently, and it's an exciting journey. We'll see where it takes me.

Have a great day, everyone!
