En el puerto de la marina Marlin, encontré este pequeño rincón que me hizo detenerme. No es una playa como las que estamos acostumbrados a visitar, de esas para nadar o tirarse al sol… pero tiene algo especial.

Justo ahí, donde el agua se mezcla con la arena mojada, hay un barco varado, quieto, como si el tiempo se le hubiera detenido. A su alrededor, el mar tranquilo refleja el cielo despejado y las nubes que parecen de algodón. El sonido del agua es suave, y el viento huele a sal, a madera húmeda, a historias que vienen del mar.

Los botes en el fondo, las palmas que se asoman desde la orilla... todo forma parte de una escena que invita a respirar profundo y simplemente mirar. No hace falta hacer nada más. Solo estar.

A veces, estos lugares que no están pensados para "turistear", resultan ser los que más nos regalan calma. Yo no me bañé ahí, pero me llevé paz y un lindo recuerdo.

In the port of Marlin Marina, I found this little corner that made me stop. It is not a beach like the ones we are used to visit, one of those for swimming or lying in the sun... but it has something special.

Right there, where the water mixes with the wet sand, there is a stranded boat, still, as if time had stopped. All around it, the calm sea reflects the clear sky and the cotton-like clouds. The sound of the water is soft, and the wind smells of salt, of wet wood, of stories coming from the sea.

The boats on the bottom, the palms peeking out from the shore.... everything is part of a scene that invites you to take a deep breath and just watch. No need to do anything else. Just be.

Sometimes, these places that are not designed for "sightseeing", turn out to be the ones that give us the most calm. I did not bathe there, but I took with me peace and a nice memory.
