Hola querida comunidad, hoy les traigo estás hermosas imágenes, en la mañana tuve la oportunidad de ir un lugar alejado de la ciudad, llamado El Complejo del Valle de Mayabe, visité varias de sus instalaciones, pero la que más nostalgia y tristeza me ocasionó fue este, La Patana, un restaurante ubicado en la presa de Mayabe.

Los recuerdos de la infancia se entrelazan con el actual estado del mismo, en completo abandono y decadencia, en mi infancia íbamos emocionados a comer ahí y en a disfrutar de la piscina, y parque del complejo. Hay otros restaurantes en la zona, pero la mayoría preferíamos este en particular, estar rodeados del agua, en medio de tanta bellezaz un paisaje único, y el aire fresco y saludable.

Ahora solo quedan en nuestros recuerdos lo que fue un lugar lleno de clientes y magia, como casi todo en mi ciudad. Allí vemos a diario los lugareños que vienen a pescar en la presa para sustentar a sus familias, personas de muy bajo recursos, y otros para la venta.

Estuve preguntando cuales son los planes para el futuro y la respuesta fue que cuando exista presupuesto, se ofertaran actividades náuticas que incluyen paseos dirigidos o independientes, actividades opcionales de pesca deportiva, observación de aves acuáticas, y reparación del restaurante, espero sea cierto y que podamos recuperar un lugar ecológico y hermoso.

What was once a beautiful and eco-friendly restaurant

Hello dear community, today I bring you these beautiful pictures, this morning I had the opportunity to go to a place far from the city, called El Complejo del Valle de Mayabe, I visited several of its facilities, but the one that caused me the most nostalgia and sadness was this, La Patana, a restaurant located in the Mayabe dam.

The memories of childhood are interwoven with the current state of the place, in complete abandonment and decay, in my childhood we went excited to eat there and enjoy the pool and park of the complex. There are other restaurants in the area, but most of us preferred this one in particular, being surrounded by water, in the middle of so much beauty a unique landscape, and the fresh and healthy air.

Now only the memories remain of what was a place full of customers and magic, like almost everything in my city. There we see the locals every day who come to fish in the dam to support their families, very low-income people, and others for sale.

I was wondering what the plans are for the future and the answer was that when there is a budget, nautical activities will be offered that include guided or independent tours, optional sports fishing, observation of aquatic birds, and repair of the restaurant, I hope it is true and that we can recover a place ecological and beautiful.
