Cycling Adventures: Exploring Lake Garda's Scenic Paths

Yesterday was truly a beautiful day, also because fortunately, warmth has arrived in Italy. Perhaps there was even a bit too much warmth yesterday as temperatures reached 25 degrees, which is quite unusual for this time of year. However, I was happy because I could go for a bike ride without suffering from the cold.

Naturally, as for the location, I didn't know what to choose. I thought about it a lot because there are many bike routes I want to explore. Moreover, yesterday I had to go alone because many of my friends were busy with their families. But you know what?

Sometimes it's better to go alone because that way you can tackle the journey at your own pace. So yesterday, I decided to go on a bike path and also a pedestrian path that runs along Lake Garda.

You know how much I love this location. In fact, if I had the financial means, I would live near there because, in my opinion, it's one of the most beautiful places in Italy.

Basically, yesterday I headed towards Torri del Benaco where they've practically built and almost completed a beautiful path that extends to Malcesine, spanning almost 15 kilometers each way. So, in total, I covered 30 kilometers.

I'm not a big fan of these mixed paths because they force you to go at a slower speed than you'd like since you have to be very careful not to collide with any pedestrians.

I took some photos to show you that it's indeed a very beautiful and characteristic bike path because it's located very close to the lake, offering a beautiful view.
I also passed by a small harbor where there were all these beautiful colorful boats, and I noticed that each one had its own name, probably given by the fishermen who will surely use them for fishing.

In conclusion, I can say it was a wonderful experience. It's great to ride these bike paths because you can also admire the spectacle that nature has to offer. For example, I'm not someone who enjoys being confined to a gym to use a stationary bike because I would find it too boring. What about you?
