A special afternoon/ Una tarde especial.

After work, we went to conduct a social research exercise, we are future sociologists and we must master the technique of non-participant observation, which consists of observing the subjects without their knowledge of being part of an investigation. On this occasion it was Obispo Street in Old Havana. Cuba was chosen for this experiment, we observed how people behaved when passing through this street, their clothing and the businesses that attracted the most people, the objective of this exercise is to evaluate the treatment received by customers, to contribute to the improvement of customer service. The research showed that the most visited establishments were the restaurants and of course the treatment was evaluated as good, because the food took a while. We will soon carry out more research and you will be informed about it.

Después del trabajo, nos dirigimos a realizar un ejercicio de investigación social, somos futuros sociólogos y debemos dominar la técnica de la observación no participante, que consiste en observar a los sujetos sin que tengan conocimiento de estar formando parte de una investigación. En esta ocación fue la calle Obispo de La Habana Vieja. Cuba la escogida para este experimento, observamos como se comportaban las personas al transitar por esta,su vestimenta y los negocios que más público atraían, el objetivo de este ejercicio es evaluar el trato que reciben los clientes, para contribuir a la mejora de la atención a estos. La investigación arrojó como resultado que los establecimientos más visitados eran los restaurantes y por supuesto el trato lo evaluamos de bien, porque la comida tardó un poco. Pronto realizaremos más investigaciones y serán informados de estas.
