A veces nos frustramos porque vemos pasar el tiempo, y sentimos que no hemos logrado grandes cosas, pero si prestas atención, a pesar de todo, si lo has hecho, no ha sido tan grandes como quisieras, solo han sido pequeños pasos, sin embargo, todo suma, todo vale.

Este año me propuse hacer cambios, Atreverme, esa fue mi palabra para comenzar con la mejor actitud, y aunque esto ha quedado en solo una palabra, busco mantener la calma, respirar, y no estresarme tanto, con lo que no puedo controlar.

De que me sirve, dicen por allí que lo mejor es dejar que todo fluya, que siga su ritmo, a su tiempo, a su avance, ni antes ni después, cuando debe ser y ya.

Sigo confiando que vendrán tiempos mejores, que dé a paso lograré mis metas, sueños, pensando en mi bienestar, en mi salud, sé que todo se dará en su momento, mientras debo ir construyendo el camino.
