Hello friends, on this very happy occasion we can meet again and I also hope that all my friends are in good health and can carry out their activities well and also forget that we pray for each other so that we are all given good health and we can all carry out our activities well and normally and for us to pray for each other that in every step we take we are always under the protection of God Almighty and hopefully whatever our work is good and smooth so that we can get abundant sustenance so that we can fulfill all our daily needs and be happy.

Hi friends all on this very beautiful occasion I am very happy to still be able to share stories with friends and let us express our gratitude for what we have done so far to God Almighty because we have been given the opportunity so that we can do our activities well so on this very good occasion I want to share about my experience this afternoon so at that time I went to my grandmother's garden because I remembered my childhood I used to eat the fruit with my younger brother and cousin so at that time I really remembered when we were fighting over the fruit and once I remembered my cousin fell from the tree so that my cousin broke his bone at that time all for the sake of getting the fruit to share with us because at that time we were still small so we couldn't climb the tree because the tree was very big and very high so my cousin felt sorry for us so he climbed the tree so that he fell and broke his bone so that he had to be treated

Do you know what fruit I told you about above, the fruit is a mangosteen, the fruit has red skin, white flesh, it tastes very sweet, everyone who eats it will definitely like the fruit, most of which grow in the countryside, in the city now the tree is rare, maybe in the city it doesn't grow by itself but is grafted, therefore we are all very happy to go home because there are many fruits that we can pick directly, including this mangosteen, this fruit tree when it is old can be big and very tall so not everyone can pick the fruit, only adults can climb it, when we go home, usually the one who climbs is a cousin, if not a cousin, it is a grandfather who climbs this fruit, besides its sweet and delicious taste, this fruit also has many benefits and properties starting from its skin and also its flesh.

Mangosteen fruit has many benefits such as high antioxidant content in the fruit which has the potential to be anticancer and anti-inflammatory and supports digestion. Apart from that, mangosteen can also maintain heart health, can control sugar, support fetal development in pregnant women because it contains folic acid and increases endurance and maintains brain health. There may be many more contents of this mangosteen fruit that I don't know. This mangosteen fruit can be directly consumed as fresh fruit, either eaten directly or juiced, when we consume mangosteen fruit, don't add sugar, it can cause diabetes. However, even though it has many benefits, this fruit cannot be directly used as a single treatment for a disease, to get the optimal benefits, this fruit needs to be balanced with a healthy diet and an active lifestyle.
