Another name for this plant is Christmas Candlestick.

Radish flowers in white. Believe it or not, I've not seen any of these before until this month...

... but I loved the tiny flowers, hence these photos.

Do you believe these are of a radish plant too?

Today has been good. So good that I was able to do things in the house, cleared the laundry basket too 'coz for some reason, I felt so bored. The good thing is that when boredom strikes, I tend to do more of the dirty work offline.

Weird, noh?

Yep. A good kind of weirdness if you ask me, lol! I wonder if anyone else does that. But that's me. Well, not always, only recently and I like it.

"The only time you got into gardening groove was when you re-planted those" the husband teased me pointing at the potted greens outside the house a week ago. I was to argue with him but he was right. It was last year when I immersed myself out in the garden and haven't done anything significant after that. Perhaps when I feel bored again tomorrow, I'd be out to do something, haha!

Anyhow, just going to share some close-up shots of plants and some tiny flowers photographed during our fiesta walk. A kind of photography practice using only my phone or of the husband's. Wanted to do macro thingy but the lens we bought were not good so the only way we can shoot photos of tiny subjects are either through the "macro" feature on the phone camera or simply shoot them in normal mode but a lot closer.

The challenge is that my hands can be shaky and we don't have any phone gimbal or stabilizer so I'm lucky when I get a good or a decent shot. There are times when I take a lot and nothing good comes. Other times, I only do once or twice and they turn out good. "Tsamba-tsamba lang" (more of a luck) as we call it in the local dialect. And of course, it takes patience too which sometimes most of the time I don't have, lol!

These are not the best but maybe someday soon, it will improve. But until then, the practice goes on!

Cheers to a lovely new week!

The photos are beautiful, sis.
I also, when I get bored, do the chores around the house that I never want to do, lol.
