Saman Dance

The term Saman Dance describes a folk dance that has been meticulously passed down through the ages. This dance is typically performed by young people, both men and women, to honor significant days. Click the following link for further details: Hello Indonesia.

Naturally, since it's a traditional dance, playing it calls for a strong team. It is not surprising that they practice frequently under the direction of experts in order to prepare for their performances as a group. They also typically become members of established art communities or studios. As seen in the following picture, they are a group of high school students who are taking part in a series of state events in the local city by performing their best dances.

Their performance succeeded in attracting the attention of spectators from various circles who had long been waiting for this annual traditional folk arts attraction.
