Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village is located in Leishan County, Guizhou Province. It is composed of dozens of natural Miao villages built along the mountains. We stayed here for two days as the last stop of this 5-day-trip.

Surrounded by the mountains, you can see very spectacular terraced fields during the day. Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village is mostly built on wooden stilts, which will change with the terrain. The Miao Village under the night made me feel like I was in Hongyadong, Chongqing Province.

It is undeniable that the development of a scenic spot is always accompanied by contradictions. On the one hand, it brings more income to the local people, and on the other hand, the commercial atmosphere dilutes the pure and simple part of the humanities.

In my mind, it also happened in Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village.

The lively commercial street make us feel confused, and we don't know if we have returned to Hefang Street in Hangzhou for a while. Fortunately, the dazzling array of snacks is full of local characteristics, so we won't regret for coming here.

For us, the biggest problem was climbing the mountain. We have to climb up to eat, and then climb back after eating. When we return to the homestay, you will be hungry again…

The homestay we live in is relatively high, and the sight of the distance is very good at night. At 11 o'clock in the evening, I took this photo while standing on the balcony, and I felt a sense of tranquility.
