¡Hola lindezas!
He estado desaparecida por asuntos personales pero vine con la intención de decir ¡Estoy viva, aún lo estoy! Solo que no en mi mejor momento, tengo muchas cuestiones que debo sanar y me ha resultado muy difícil.
Quiero mostrarles unas fotos donde me animé a caminar en la Cuesta de las Heroínas y de verdad que sigo sin superar la gran dificultad que ejercer esa cuesta, me canso muy fácil de subida y de paso hice abdominales para reforzar esas ganas de querer tener un cambio.
Mi meta de este mes es bajar unos cuantos kilos y aumentar mi masa muscular en la parte de abajo, esperemos que todo salga bien con mi nuevo plan de entrenamiento.

¡Que bueno verte activa por aquí otra vez vale! Aquí en Hive siempre harás falta cuando te ausentes, pero es de sabios tomarse un respiro cuando hago falta 👌 en especial cuando no se anda pasando las mejores etapas.
