Todos tenemos actos de amor sin necesidad de decirlo, a través de hechos podemos demostrar la gran inteligencia emocional que posee un individuo en nuestro día a día. Quiero ejemplificar algunas acciones que mi persona que considera lo que es el lenguaje de amor de un verdadero Hiver.

Leer/ver las publicaciones de los demás y dejar un comentario nutritivo

Una de las primeras cosas que considero excelente es que tenemos muchos creadores de contenido que necesitan ser escuchados, entonces me parece hermoso que podamos leer sus publicaciones y lo mejor aún es que, dejemos un comentario donde se evidencie que realmente nos tomamos el tiempo de entender las palabras del escritor o existe el caso de los videos donde observamos la calidad y el desempeño que le ponen a su contenido audiovisual, es esencial hacer vida con otros Hivers para hacerte más conocido y formalizar amistades.

Dejar un comentario nutritivo consiste en que opines, recomiendes, alagues o solo agradecer de habernos compartido información relevante al ecosistema, pienso que cuando hacemos comentarios podemos aportar nuestro granito de arena para que la otra persona que está detrás de la pantalla de su teléfono o computadora, se sienta apreciado porque vivimos en un mundo donde todos queremos ser escuchados ¿Pero sabes escuchar a los demás?

Read/view others' posts and leave a nurturing comment

One of the first things that I consider excellent is that we have many content creators who need to be listened to, so I think it is beautiful that we can read their publications and the best thing is that we leave a comment where it is evident that we really take the time to understand the words of the writer or there is the case of videos where we observe the quality and performance that they put into their audiovisual content, it is essential to live with other Hivers to become better known and formalize friendships.

Leaving a nutritious comment consists of you giving your opinion, recommending, praising or just thanking us for having shared information relevant to the ecosystem. I think that when we make comments we can contribute our grain of sand so that the other person behind the screen of their phone or computer , feel appreciated because we live in a world where we all want to be heard. Aprender y actualizarte sobre las reglas de cada comunidad de nuestro ecosistema

Un hecho vital para que funcionemos como personas civilizadas y respetuosas es que aprendamos a seguir reglas de cada comunidad que nos ofrece el ecosistema de Hive, pero cuando digo aprender es tomarnos el tiempo de revisar antes de publicar y evitar malos entendidos. Recuerdo mis inicios en Hive, era una niña prácticamente que no sabía nada de nuestro ecosistema, pero mi interés incrementaba al pasar los días y quería sentirme que yo era parte de un equipo de creadores de contenido.

Demostrar interés es sinónimo de amor, así que obviamente cuando una comunidad explica cuales son las reglas y ven que usuarios nuevos y viejos respetan es un sentimiento de que podemos trabajar en conjunto como una sociedad con valores nutritivos y decentes. A pesar de que cierta gente no apoya el hecho de que existan diferentes reglas para cada comunidad porque prefieren la total libertad, es preciso decir que ninguna red social puede funcionar sin una normativa, por ende, prefiero vivir en un entorno donde haya instrucciones de las cosas que podemos hacer o no.

I remember my beginnings in Hive, I was a little girl who practically knew nothing about our ecosystem, but my interest increased as the days went by and I wanted to feel like I was part of a team of content creators.

Showing interest is synonymous with love, so obviously when a community explains what the rules are and they see that new and old users respect it, it is a feeling that we can work together as a society with nutritious and decent values. Although some people do not support the fact that there are different rules for each community because they prefer total freedom, it is necessary to say that no social network can function without regulations, therefore, I prefer to live in an environment where there are instructions from the communities. things we can do or not do.

Un 2x1 es un método que yo le puse hace tiempo a la promoción de nuestras publicaciones en las diferentes plataformas de internet, a esto quiero decir que, mientras damos publicidad de nuestro blog en las redes sociales de la web 2, estamos promocionando el ecosistema de Hive para que la gente le entre curiosidad y podamos atraer nuevos ojos a Hive. Pienso que es un acto de amor porque nosotros estamos publicando y a la vez ayudando a crecer nuestro mundo abejita.

Use your other social networks to encourage the use of Hive

A 2x1 is a method that I used a long time ago to promote our publications on the different internet platforms. By this I mean that, while we advertise our blog on the social networks of web 2, we are promoting the ecosystem of Hive to get people curious and we can attract new eyes to Hive. I think it is an act of love because we are publishing and at the same time helping our bee world grow.

¿Cuánto tiempo le has dedicado a un post? Personalmente, mi tiempo máximo fue 6 horas seguidas y fue por un video, ahora te vuelvo a preguntar ¿Cuánto tiempo duras en pensar, organizar y ejecutar un post? En mi caso, puedo durar hasta semanas en organizar mis ideas y ejecutarlas, porque cuando creamos contenido en Hive, lo queremos bien hecho. Más allá de una recompensa, queremos estar orgullosos de nuestro trabajo y verlo plasmado en Internet es algo bonito de atesorar.

Obviamente es un acto de amor, un hecho que todo Hiver hace cada día, trabajar para uno mismo y para otros, porque nuestro contenido será leído por personas que tal vez no conocemos y eso puede generar un poco de nervios para los recién llegados, para los que tenemos tiempo ya es rutina y ya nos sentimos cómodos, sin embargo, para mi persona sigue siendo un reto entregar un post bien hecho y fácil de leer o mirar.

Create valuable content

How much time have you dedicated to a post? Personally, my maximum time was 6 hours in a row and it was for a video, now I ask you again: How long does it take you to think, organize and execute a post? In my case, it can take me up to weeks to organize my ideas and execute them, because when we create content in Hive, we want it done well. Beyond a reward, we want to be proud of our work and seeing it reflected on the Internet is something nice to treasure.

Obviously it is an act of love, a fact that everyone in Hiver does every day, working for oneself and for others, because our content will be read by people we may not know and that can generate a little nerves for newcomers, for Those of us who have time are already routine and we already feel comfortable, however, for me it is still a challenge to deliver a well-made post that is easy to read or look at.
