Importance of green color in our life💚✨

Hot weather is on the rise in our city and we need some cool environment that gives us green color. The color green can positively affect mental and physical health. Spending time in natural green surroundings or looking at these pictures of green scenes has also been reduce to stress relief, better impulse control and improved focus.
I observed these things when I went to a garden today. My mind was very disturbed and needed some rest so today I left my college and went to the garden, green and shady place because of the plants everywhere.
There was a hot wind blowing but under the shade I feel cool, the atmosphere has cooled down. The birds were chirping.
I stop walking. I sit under a big shade tree and close my eyes and feel the atmosphere. I breathe in the fresh air and gradually I feel relaxed and light.
I look at him and feel like jumping up and starting to swim. It made me even more refreshed. I sit here for a while then go home.
I saw a cute cat drinking water from the canal. And is enjoying herself in this garden and living a good life.
Without green color
If the color green is absent, we cannot live because green represents nature, and if the plant is in the earth, we are alive. We cannot imagine that we live without the color green.
