Enjoy the Nintendo switch! I am a huge fan of the switch I just wish they had more games but that being said, the games they have are more than enough. The newer Mario Party is a lot of fun but the AI is way too good sometimes lol

The zero list is somewhat controversial. Not everyone likes it. But other people have expressed interest in making their own version of it because having 1 zero list is not decentralized.
I genuinely do not think they are the same people. I also don't. Even if it was, it wouldn't matter. Blocktrades should be able to do what he wants with his stake just like everyone else.
There should be no zero list as it's not run by the community it's run by those with and they get to play god

But that is true for everyone who does "antiabuse." I have different opinions with how people do things.
I am not familiar with the guilty parties thing but HW does usually stop when they are not being funded.
