Ninot 2023 🎉 part 2

So, friends, I continue my photo report on the Ninot 2023 sculpture exhibition 🎉 at the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències in Valencia.
I hope this topic will interest you as much as it did me, getting to know all these funny and sometimes bizarre sculptures for all tastes.
On the eve of the Fallas festival in Valencia, the Cines y arts museum opens an exhibition of puppets "ninot", the minor characters of the festival. Traditionally, for a small fee, anyone can visit the exhibition and vote for any puppet they like.
Why are these characters called secondary characters?
Yes, because the sculptures of the main guests of the festival, which decorate the streets sometimes reach the height of a five-story building. And they will be the main guests of the festival.
After visiting the exhibition I had about 150 photos of minor character sculptures in my phone.
I photographed and photographed, unable to tear myself away from the process.
I felt like I had to photograph them all and each one deserved recognition and admiration.
I am sure that in the creation of each, even small sculpture, a lot of labor, love and efforts of a master who loves his business.
It used to be that every sculpture was made of wood, old things and wax. Now the sculptures are made of plastic and gloss.

The official start of the festivities is mid-March. The large-scale celebration of the Fallas begins on March 14-15, but in fact the festival opens much earlier, and for some of the participants lasts a whole year.
Installation of the files for the Fallas on the streets of Valencia begins in early March and is completed by the middle of the month. From March 1 to 19, mascletaes - spectacular pyrotechnic shows that are accompanied by noise, lots of ash and crowds of people are held in the town hall square at 14.00. The sound effect of the pyrotechnic charges is deafening! On the night of March 19-20, all the puppet compositions are burned - except one, that particular favorite. The climax of the Fallas is the burning of the last fallas at 1 a.m. in Valencia's City Hall Square.
