Root special!

This was shot for a mixologist friend at Adda. It's a tantalizing journey of botanical bliss in a perfectly mixed gin and tonic.

It consists of Greater Than brand's Gin, homemade lemongrass cordial, a bit of ginger juice and topped with tonic water.
