Could not even imagine I will see such a thing one day. Can you make your guess, how does one is supposed to jump into the seatpost? why, why such a bike was constructed, what was the goal?

He parks the bike somewhere where he can lean on it to climb up, then starts cycling and doesn't brake until he gets somewhere to lean on it to get off. 😐
