walking to oddegrd

avatar

Hello, and greetings to all hivers. today writing about yesterday's walk.
Walking to the area called Oddegård. Gård means land odde means empty/deserted, It is not so close to our house we have to drive 12 kilometers then we have to walk around 3 kilometers. Walking from the forest to the way beach which is rocky. The beautiful limestone makes this walk very successful. As well all our walk was very pleasant and energetic.

The beach is covered by beautiful limestones. very nice looking and very good motive.

I tried panorama mode to cover the whole stone which is the beauty of this beach.

after parking the car we have to cross some summer cabins, When we come closer to the forest the path is very narrow on both sides of the path full of stinging nettle bushes. I was very tempted to pick some but they are not good like in the springtime. Even we can make very nice pesticides with that but now the season is over for gardening.

This very old tree still has some green branches. From a long distance, it looks dead and shapes a kind of Norwegian troll.

As soon as we enter the forest it was a very cool and peaceful atmosphere.

The path looks wider so I was enjoying every detail.

In some places, the dry trees were broken and laying on the roadside.

See this nice moss on the stone.

This stone is also limestone but covered with two different types of moss.

Suddenly we heard some unusual sound. when I looked upward It was a squirrel. looking at me. but was very fast and far up in the tree, I couldn't focus on her properly.

One more stone is covered with moss and it is interesting because of it is layered, and makes like a sidewall.

At first, I thought it is mushrooms but it was some special kind of lichen. some clover leaves.

The beauty of nature.

Coming close to the beach. It is not a sandy beach.

On the beach, this is a different kind of moss.

Very special rocks or stones.

Very good motive. like somebody carved it yes it has been carved by nature or the universe.

The details.

In between the stones, some water is stored from waves, and the Oster and some shells grow very safely.

A little close-up.

I am not an expert in botany, I don't know what kind of plant it is growing right on the stone. looks like some kind of succulents.

Nice pebbles I like to make pebble art. but I had a lot of collections.

Thunder cloud, Now time to turn back home.

The imported brown snail, are now in the forest. nobody like them they make a mess all over.

Sign of fall, Autumn is on the way.

But still, thistle plants have new buts and honeybees around.

Thank you.🙏
