Travel from Goa to Hamad international airport Doha
Hello, world travelers, friends, and community! Greetings and Happy Easter to you all!
Before, I shared a post about Doha Airport, which you can find at this link: https://peakd.com/hive-163772/@hindavi/the-world-s-best-luxurious. That experience took place at night when we traveled from Norway to India in December. However, our return trip from Goa to Doha in mid-April offered us a completely different experience at this luxurious airport. The transition from night to daylight revealed more of the beauty of this world-class facility. Its neatness, cleanliness, and serene atmosphere transported us to a different world, carefully catering to passengers’ needs to connect, board, disembark, shop, dine, or utilize any available facilities.
Despite the presence of thousands of travelers from various countries, there was no crowding, mess, confusion, or upheaval. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, with the flow of passengers being smooth and seamless.
Our journey began at the North Goa airport early in the morning at 3 AM. The airport was quiet and still, with Qatar Airways as the only airline operating at that hour, meaning most travelers were on our flight.
Upon entering the airport, I felt an immediate sense of relief from the heat and humidity of the South Indian summer, which had been making me feel tired. The airport was cool and immaculate. Unfortunately, I couldn't take many photos to share because we were in the departure terminal, and nothing to show except some sleepy passengers at the terminal.
As soon as we boarded, I fell asleep, and the announcement woke me up. We were already close to Doha. I took advantage of having a window seat to photograph the beautiful lights of Doha from the air.
Most planes park far from the airport and transport passengers by bus to the arrival terminal, so we were in a bus to get transit gate, I was looking outside, and taking photos of various things
The Sun was quiet up.
At the arrival gate, some shops have a nice display of their product very artistic way.
The Louis Vuitton shop from the rare side.
The American artist KAWS' SMALL LIE I missed last time.
This big wooden figure has been standing there for a long time. Many times we went across it, but I didn't know about that sculpture.
American sculptor Tom Otterness creates playful public art, OTHER WORLD, turning playgrounds into imaginative spaces for children. His cartoonish and cheerful style is complemented by miniature Arab figures in his work.
Very interesting and popular for young travellers..
French artist Jean-Michel Othoniel displays COSMOS, a large and intricate globe installation that symbolises the path of travelers around the world
We had only two hours of layover for the next connection, so I was interested to see the Orchard garden area in sunlight. And our gate was around there to get there, we use Cable Liner, which connects with Halls D and E, it is available 24 hours/day
Doha Airport's Orchard features extensive natural light, from a nicely designed weavy glass roof, housing 300 trees and 25,000 plants from around the world. Read in the wiki.
The tallest tree reaches over 50 feet high, which was the answer from the information desk.
I was thinking when it will reach to roof, what will they do?
In daylight, the scene is different from what we saw at night.
People were relaxing, walking around, reading, shopping, and dining, all happening very smoothly.
I am not interested in alcohol, but the shop, how it is organized, I liked it. And I couldn't stop myself from taking photos of it.
Digital screen display of nature may be AI graphics. Watching that feels like meditating.
And our gate announced the boarding.
Thank you for stopping by.

A very beautiful airport has been built, everything is fully visible, and here we see that wherever there is more greenery, the beauty of that thing increases. So, we should live a similar life. We should visit every country and get the experience of every place.
Thanks :)
