The chestnut-headed bee-eater (Merops leschenaulti)
Greetings, friends, bird watchers, and community.
I took these photos in our garden in India during the month of April. At this time of year, these birds appear in our garden, when the temperature increases in the hot sun, enjoying warm sand baths, sitting in sunny spots, and flying around in the middle of the day. They are enjoying sitting on hot Iron rods, stones. I capture one of them. This post is my entry for this week's contest announced by host @nelinoeva.
