Gokarn Trip 2

Hello community, last time we took a small walk to Ramteerth in Gokarna. Today, I want to share my experience of entering Gokarna on the first day. Gokarna is located in Karnataka's coastal area, while we live in Maharashtra. We wanted to experience the local transport and be more social, so we decided to skip our car and luxury bus and travel via local transport.

Our journey started from a small village bus station, which was not fancy but typical of an Indian village. We boarded Goa State Corporation's regular bus, which was not very comfortable. After reaching Panjim Goa, we took the next Panjim-Margao Bus, which was an electric shuttle service bus. Although it was very comfortable, it was also very slow despite the smooth four-lane highway.

When we arrived at Margao, the Gokarn bus was about to depart, so we quickly boarded it. However, this bus was also disappointing in terms of comfort. Nevertheless, the highway helped make our journey easy. We finally arrived in Gokarna around 5:30 pm, and here is our experience of entering the town.

And here we got entry to Mahaganapati temple without a camera. After Ganapati darshan, we return to our hotel to get good sleep and new energy for the next day.
