Monomad: Mountain Diaries
In December, four of us successfully climbed the Kedarkantha Summit. This trip was also memorable because two of my friends trekked for the first time, and we saw and experienced the Indian Himalayas so closely.
The journey was so enjoyable that there was nothing we didn't witness. While having breakfast, we saw clouds spread across the distant valleys, lingering over the river, creating a silky effect. We saw people at the summit, happy, shouting, and clicking countless photos.
We visited Purola village, a large village before Sankari, with a large market that serves as a perfect shopping destination for the surrounding villages. As we walked, we watched the sun's rays filter through the pine forests, silently speaking to nature.
On the banks of a lake nestled in the forest, we saw a girl smiling softly and absorbing the view. Counting the rays coming from behind the trees was a failed attempt every time, whereas watching the moon rising above the horizon in the evening was a wonderful sight.

दिसम्बर की बात है, kedarkantha समिट तो हम चार लोगों ने सफलतापूर्वक क्लाइंब कर लिया. यह सफ़र भी यादगार बन गया क्योंकि मेरे दो दोस्तों ने पहली बार ट्रैकिंग करी और भारतीय हिमालय को इतने पास से देखा और महसूस किया.
सफ़र कितना मजेदार था कि कुछ ऐसा रहा ही नहीं जो हमने विटनेस नहीं किया. नाश्ता करते हुए दूर घाटियों में फैले बादलों को देखा, जो नदी के ऊपर टहल रहे थे और एक सिल्की इफ़ेक्ट दे रहे थे. समिट पर पब्लिक को देखा, जो खुश थी, चिल्ला रही थी और बहुत सारी फ़ोटोज़ को क्लिक कर रही थी.
