The Calm before the storm
Hello guys! Here’s my submission for today’s Monomad challenge—a series of street shots captured as I made my way up from a valley on a stormy afternoon. The sky felt heavy, full of mood and movement, and the road ahead was littered with broken rocks, silent witnesses to the brewing tension in the air. Everything felt raw, wild and a little dramatic. I hope these shots speak to you the way the moment spoke to me.
Thank you for stopping by! Wishing you a wonderful day ahead!

Amazing view of the sky, looks like it's cloudy there.
Yeah, the clouds had just started gathering. It began to rain a few minutes later.
Reminds me of walking maybe 14-15 hours ON frozen snow in 87 or so, turning back last minute when the weather behaved like that, pushing it hard to return to the closest cabin before dark... :-)
Sounds intense :D
Actually it was all natural & fine, this was even before I fought the Soviets for a year haha, we grew up able to handle stuff offline 🙂
