Photographing green always feels different. It’s not just the colour—it’s what it does to you. Green doesn’t demand attention. It simply exists— quiet, steady and alive. Whenever I’m out with my camera and catch sight of green, something in me slows down.

Psychology says green calms the mind. Maybe that’s true. But to me, it feels more like a resting place—for the eyes, for the thoughts, for whatever weight you’re carrying. Through the lens, green is a breath out. A gentle reminder to pause.

Beautifully said. Green truly has a quiet power—soothing, grounding, and effortlessly alive.
