The healing power of water…
Why did I open this issue?
Because I believe in the amazing change that water creates in people. It is a fact that water has healing power.
While I had already decided on this, last night I received a message from an older sister that I love very much.
The content of the message was about the studies of scientists about the healing power of water.
What a coincidence : ))
I don't know if scientific research was necessary for this, but at least it became clear.
We have the fact that being in a place with water for 20 minutes is a relief.
For me it could even be 1 minute.
I think that's why I chose to live in Antalya.
Anyway, here are a few photos from the beach where I came to find peace and get sea air while I was getting such a message.
And, of course, a cup of coffee with a friend.

Bu konuyu neden açtım.
Çünkü suyun insanda yarattığı müthiş değişime inanıyorum. Suyun iyileştirici gücü olduğu bir gerçek.
Ben bunda zaten karar kılmışken dün gece çok sevdiğim bir ablamdan mesaj aldım.
Mesaj içeriği suyun iyileştirici gücü hakkında bilim adamlarının yaptığı çalışmalar üzerineydi.
Ne tesadüf : ))
Bunun için bilimsel araştırma yapılmasına gerek var mıydı bilmiyorum ama en azından netleşmiş oldu.
20 dakika su bulunan bir yerde bulunmanın rahatlattığı gerçeğine sahibiz.
Benim için bu 1 dakika bile olabilir.
Sanırım Antalya’da yaşamayı seçme sebebim de budur.
Neyse hazır böyle bir mesaj almışken huzur bulmak ve deniz havası almak üzere geldiğim sahil kenarından birkaç fotoğraf işte burada.
Ve tabi ardından dostla içilen bir kahve.
İnsan başka ne ister ki?
