UNA MAÑANA INTERESANTE

Hay pocas veces en el último año en las que me haya despertado tan temprano, a las 8:00 AM. Puede que digas: "Eso no es temprano en absoluto", y tienes razón, pero lo que no sabes es que me acosté a las 4:00 AM, lo que significa que solo dormí 4 horas. Además, créeme cuando digo que las 8:00 AM es temprano para mí, porque normalmente me despierto a las 10:00 o más. Me encanta así, descansar lo que siento que necesito. Las mañanas son algo sagrado para mí, es el momento en que llego a un nuevo día, a un nuevo lugar que abandoné mientras dormía por horas, así que me tomo mi tiempo para adaptarme de nuevo. Meditar, estirarme, tomar mi café, té o infusiones, coger un poco de sol y empezar desde ahí. Poco a poco. Sin prisas, solo necesito paz en esa parte del día. Tengo el resto del día y parte de la noche para ser aventurero...

Pero volviendo a lo interesante. Me desperté a esa hora por un pedido de mi negocio. Tenía una entrega que hacer. Lo mejor comenzó después. Fui a un lugar donde siempre venden las hierbas más frescas. Esta vez tenían anís, yerbabuena (menta) y perejil. Tan frescas, recién cortadas de la tierra, incluso estaban húmedas por el rocío de la noche. Tomé un manojo de cada una. También algo de espinaca.

Mientras esperaba a que las cortaran, tomé algunas fotos del puesto y, por supuesto, unos selfies 😂.

Y pedaleé rápido a casa para que se mantuvieran frescas.

Tuve una buena conversación con una amiga de California y un nuevo amigo de Florida sobre la vida y cómo percibimos las cosas a nuestro alrededor. Llegué a la conclusión de que no necesito perfección, sino una gran y fuerte dosis de realidad para entender que, aunque las cosas pasen, son perfectas tal como son porque son el escalón al siguiente nivel. Una clave fundamental para crecer. Fue una buena charla.

La electricidad regresó y terminé algunas tareas. Decoré la flor para mi abuela y quemé incienso. Muy lindo.

INTERESTING MORNING

There are little times in the past year I woke up so early 8:00 AM. You might say, that’s not early at all and you’re right, but you don’t know I went to bed at 4:00 AM, which means I slept only 4 hours. Also, believe when I say that 8:00 AM is early for me cause I usually wake up at 10 or more. I love it that way to rest what I feel I need to. Mornings are kind of sacred for me, it’s the time I come to a new day, to a new place I left while I slept for hours, so I take my time to adjust again. Meditate, stretch, drink my coffee or tea or infusions, take some sun and start from there. Little by little. No rushing, I just need peace in that time of the day. I have the rest of the day and part of the night to be adventurous..
Anyways, going back to the interesting part. I woke up at that time due to business hours. I had an order to deliver. The best part started later. I went to a place where I know they always sell the freshest herbs. This time they had anise, yerbabuena (mint) and parsley. So fresh, just cut from the ground, they were even wet from the night dew. I took a bunch of each. Also some spinach too.
While I was waiting for them to be cut, took some pictures of the stand and some selfies, of course 😂.

and biked home fast for them to keep fresh.

Later on, biking around as usual, there’s was this florist selling this strange and unique but beautiful flower. I was so eager to get one for what it represents for me. My grandmother Yaya, used to have it planted on her garden while she was physically around. It was another kind but from the same plant family. I bought it for her, I’m sure she’s happy to be reminded with such a lovely and powerful flower.

Returned full of energy and enthusiasm to this healthy after gym meal. While I was preparing it the blackout time started, it was from around 4 to 7.

I’ve learned that not everything needs to be perfect but real. I had a nice life conversation with a friend from California and new friend from Florida about life and how we perceive things around us. We were talking of the necessity to be happy and see beauty wherever we are. I’ve come to the conclusion I don’t need perfection but a big and strong dosis of reality to understand that even though things happen, they are perfect just the way they are cause that’s the step to the next level. A fundamental key to grow. It was a nice talk.
Electricity came and I finished some shores .

Decorated the flower for my grandma and burned some incense. Very nice.
