Street Photography –And I've forgotten your name
Notes | You told me to meet you there, where we used to sit in between classes, have coffee, where you would describe the latest trails with the latest boyfriend and I would pretend that I wanted what was best for you rather than for you dump him immediately. But it's changed, it isn't like then, what was once a forgotten corner, a unused space is now a piece of art, a symbol of the all that is special in this city, the graduality of small spaces, small moments, the moment imbued with all that has come before. The present showing all of this off to to the world and saying 'I'm a success' But we know, we know that it's all for show, under it all we are still two people sitting at a table having a coffee, watching the world go by and thinking what might be. |
